Key Responsibilities
Financial Services & Insurance Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own client base using company-supported marketing tools.
- Develop long-term relationships through ongoing communication and reviews.
- Provide customized solutions in insurance, and retirement strategies.
- Participate in comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
- Follow a structured leadership development track with advancement opportunities.
- Work in a hybrid capacity (remote + in-person meetings/training).
Optional Investment & Advisory Services (ESI Affiliation)
For candidates who choose to expand into securities and investment advisory services.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients seeking equity and investment guidance.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to craft tailored investment strategies.
- Conduct portfolio management and performance monitoring.
- Educate clients on investment options and financial planning strategies.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Network proactively to expand clientele and business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- FL 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License (or ability to obtain).
- Experience in financial services, investments, or insurance is preferred but not required.
- ESI affiliation is optional.
- Required only if you choose to offer securities or investment advisory services.
- Candidates pursuing this path must become Registered Representatives and Investment Adviser Representatives of Equity Services, Inc. (ESI), Member FINRA/SIPC.
