Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Global Supply Chain, International Trade & Marketing Operations Specialist to bridge our overseas manufacturing networks with our domestic marketing and ecommerce channels. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of supply chain logistics, cross-border trade compliance, and marketing operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent business graduate who is fluent in Mandarin, highly organized, and eager to build a long-term career with a growing e-commerce and industrial supplier. We are fully prepared to offer permanent residency / green card sponsorship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- International Trade & Supplier Relations: Manage daily communications with overseas manufacturing partners and suppliers in Mandarin, ensuring product quality, pricing alignment, and strict adherence to production timelines.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate international shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and inventory tracking to ensure seamless product availability across our fulfillment channels.
- Marketing Operations & E-Commerce Support: Assist with digital marketing operational workflows, product listing maintenance, promotional tracking, and analyzing sales performance data across our online platforms (including Toolocity.com and marketplace channels).
- Inventory & Vendor Analytics: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand fluctuations, and collaborate with leadership to optimize supply chain cost efficiency and purchasing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary language and operational bridge between international vendor networks and internal U.S. management, marketing, and warehouse teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Marketing, or a related business discipline (Recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply).
- Language Fluency: Mandarin Chinese (Professional spoken and written fluency is required to coordinate with global partners/suppliers) alongside strong English communication skills.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficient in data management, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Organizational Capabilities: Exceptional multi-tasking skills with a sharp eye for detail, capable of balancing fast-paced e-commerce marketing tasks with complex logistical schedules.
- Proactive Mindset: A problem-solving attitude with a desire to learn the industrial tool and stone fabrication supply landscape from the ground up.
