Office Manager — SERVPRO of San Diego East & Mid-City (Full-Time, In-Person)
We’re hiring an experienced Office Manager to lead daily office operations, drive accountability, and elevate customer experience in a fast-paced restoration environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage office staff (dispatch, job file coordination, accounting/HR support)

Oversee scheduling, communication, documentation, and customer experience

Manage AR/AP, reporting, and key performance metrics

Maintain compliance, systems, and operational workflows

Support leadership with planning, reporting, and execution

Requirements
5+ years office management or operations leadership experience

Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Clear communicator who holds standards and drives results

Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
