Schedules:
Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and work every other weekend/holiday. We offer - Day shift, Night shift, Overnight shifts, Weekends, Holidays.
Description:
- Home Health Aide will administer personal care and basic household services to and for the patient under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- The assignment and duties of the Home Health Aide will include the performance of personal care, ambulation and exercise, assistance with medications which are ordinarily self-administered, reporting and recording changes in the patient’s condition and needs, household services essential to health care at home, and also participate in updating and coordinating client care.
