As the Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States, you will drive profitable growth for Mattr’s ShawFlex product lines. You will lead all sales management activities within your region—expanding market presence, influencing enduser specifications, and strengthening channel partnerships. This role is critical to advancing Mattr’s strategic goals by leveraging strong technical selling capabilities, understanding customer needs, and building highvalue relationships across utilities, engineering firms, OEMs, contractors, and distributors.
Grow sales in the Western U.S. by targeting end users, EPCs, contractors, and OEMs to create specifications and demand for Connectivity products.
Build and manage a regional distribution strategy, including distributor training, joint customer visits, and coordinated account management.
Develop and execute regional sales plans, roadmaps, and customer value files while maintaining a strong presence in key markets through committee participation, industry events, and networking.
