We are looking for a goal oriented team member to work with a team and accomplish daily tasks and repairs on the property and vacant units assigned by the Community Director to keep the community clean, and work with a lead maintenance who will assist in coordinating the competition of make-readies.
Job Description:
- Oversee the make-ready process and bring up to standard
- Work with lead maintenance to order required items needed for unit turns.
- Maintain a clean community and a safe workspace
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance and repair field
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
