WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating new opportunities, meeting homeowners and building relationships, performing or assisting with roof inspections, educating homeowners about roofing options and the replacement process, following up with prospects and customers, maintaining accurate customer and job information, and working with our production and management teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Roofing experience is great—but attitude and effort matter more. We’re looking for people who are self-motivated, competitive, coachable, comfortable talking to new people, willing to prospect and generate business, professional, dependable, goal-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and interested in performance-based income and advancement.
