P3SG is hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading home healthcare provider serving patients throughout Northern Arizona. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule, mileage reimbursement, on-call opportunities, and the ability to work independently while providing advanced respiratory care in the home setting.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Home Health, DME, Critical Care, ICU, LTACH, Ventilator Management, Pulmonary Care, or Pediatric Respiratory Services. New graduates, interns, externs, and candidates without direct clinical experience will not be considered.
Position Details
- Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Pay Range: $30–$38 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
- Coverage Area: Northern Arizona Region
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home respiratory assessments.
- Manage oxygen therapy, CPAP, BiPAP, NIV, and ventilator patients.
- Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders.
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and treatment plans.
- Troubleshoot respiratory equipment issues and ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance records.
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and support.
- Participate in on-call coverage for pediatric and critical respiratory discharges.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Required Qualifications
· Active Arizona RRT Credential or RN License
· Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy or Nursing experience
· Experience with ventilators, oxygen therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, PAP therapy, or respiratory equipment
· Home Health, DME, Critical Care, ICU, LTACH, Pulmonary, or Acute Care experience strongly preferred
· Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
· Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
· Ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory
· Strong documentation and communication skills
· Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
· Ability to lift and transport medical equipment up to 65 lbs
· Comfortable participating in on-call rotations and responding to urgent patient needs
