Senior Unified Communications Engineer | TSA – DHS Opportunity
Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Full-Time
Target Salary Range*: $70,000 - $130,000.
- This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary
Position Summary:
Senior Telecom / Unified Communications Engineer (7+ yrs) with experience supporting enterprise VoIP, VTC, and UC platforms across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, including O&M, provisioning, break-fix, upgrades, and migrations
Required Skills:
- Strong in network engineering for voice/video (QoS, VLANs, routing) with proven Tier 2/3 troubleshooting.
- Experience in disaster recovery (planning, testing, recovery) and capacity/performance analysis for scalability and optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience maintaining technical documentation/runbooks, and collaborating across engineering/operations teams in mission-critical environments.
- Bachelor’s degree (Telecom/IT/Networking) and CCNP (Collaboration/Enterprise or equivalent).
- 7+ years relevant experience supporting enterprise VoIP, VTC, and UC platforms across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
