About the opportunity
Clockwork Roofing is a storm damage and insurance restoration contractor serving Hamilton, Marion, and Johnson counties. We help homeowners identify storm damage, document roof conditions, and navigate the roof replacement process. We are hiring driven setter/closers who want to own the full sales cycle: knock the door, set the inspection, run the appointment, and close the job.
What you will do
- Knock doors and start conversations with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Set and run free roof inspections
- Document damage and educate homeowners on the process
- Follow up until the job closes, then stay with it through completion
- Keep your pipeline organized and represent Clockwork professionally
The pay
You earn 50% of the profit on every job you sell. Sell more, earn more. There is no cap and no ceiling. There is also no guaranteed income, so this is for people who bet on themselves.

Who this is for

Not a fit if
You need guaranteed hourly pay, hate talking to people, will not knock doors, do not have reliable transportation, or want someone else to create your momentum.
