Dental Practice Manager
As a Dental Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your leadership will empower our team to deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring that the practice runs efficiently and effectively. You’ll take charge of fiscal management, oversee daily operations, and foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Lead and supervise the dental team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management to ensure fiscal health.
- Oversee patient scheduling, ensuring optimal clinic flow and patient satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other medical standards.
- Coordinate human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for efficient medical record management.
- Develop policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans and manage care effectively.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in dental office management.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and records management.
- 3+ years of experience successfully leading and managing dental offices.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with EMR systems
- Background in dentalcare management or acute care settings.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- 2+ years experience in dental office management.
