intention: you see what needs to be done before being asked. from breaking down boxes to restocking backups before the rush hits, you lead with an "owner’s eye."
connection: you mentor the team to engage every customer—driving loyalty, upselling with a smile, and sharing the dodopop story.
experience: you ensure the shop is "set for success." whether opening or closing, you leave the store better than you found it so the team, the customers, and the owner always walk into excellence.
your role:
operational authority: you have the green light to coach the team in real-time to keep standards high. the "reset" specialist: primarily owning the closing vibe, ensuring we are 100% ready for the next day. builder mindset: you’re excited to help a new business refine its processes as we grow.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
