- Coordinate with Site Owner to Verify IWAN Route installation date and time before the activity.
- Document Potential discrepancies between schedules and probable completion dates for each stage.
- Document changes in schedule.
- Recommend necessary or desirable changes.
- Promptly Notify all stack holder of pending changes.
- Update IT Checkout for site completion and system checkout.
- Coordinate with Site Owner to verify the device replacement activity prior the Cutover activity and after completion of the activity.
- Running of Live Action Reports.
