Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in adult learning and classroom instructions
- Demonstrated experience with managing training priorities, programs, and issues in order to adapt training programs to reflect changes in structure, regulations, or processes
- Demonstrated experience with varied training schedules and the ability to be adaptable and flexible when it comes to the timing
- Demonstrated experience working with back-end computer developer team
- Demonstrated experience managing group processes and eliciting student participation
- Demonstrated experience applying structured analysis methods to various types of data to establish trends, determine variability, and diagnose the effect on training curricula
- Bachelor’s degree in subject-matter field relevant to the Sponsor or advanced degree in education-related field
- Demonstrated experience with project management concepts and principles

- Demonstrated experience with SQL/ICQL programming
- Demonstrated experience with Boolean Logic and other computer programming

Additional Details
Compensation & Benefits: This position has an anticipated salary range of $218,400–$336,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, and business needs.
