Duties
- Conduct friendly and professional door-to-door visits to introduce our products and services to prospective customers
- Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored presentations, emphasizing the benefits of our offerings
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, utilizing strong communication skills and product knowledge
- Follow up with potential clients via warm calling, outbound calling, or telemarketing techniques to maximize conversion rates
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage customer information efficiently
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and enhance brand awareness in local communities
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards of customer service during all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with diverse customers
