We are looking for a positive, outgoing Recruiter / Sales Team Assistant to help recruit, onboard, and support our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who loves meeting new people, encouraging others, and creating an exceptional teammate experience. From the first interview through onboarding and beyond, you'll play a key role in helping our sales teammates thrive.

What You’ll Do
Proactively recruit top sales talent.
Champion the teammate referral program.
Screen candidates, interview top prospects, and coordinate final interviews.
Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience.
Foster sales teammate engagement.
Proactively support sales teammate retention.
Coordinate branch and recruiting events.
Coordinate teammate recognition and celebrations.
Support the Sales Manager with key projects.
Help build an exceptional teammate experience.
Answer prospective customer calls and process new leads.
In this role, you’ll work in the branch office Monday-Friday (7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00). Our office is near Santa Fe & Evans with ample parking.
You’ll report to the Branch Sales Manager and work closely with the Director of Marketing & Teammate Experience.
Qualifications / Skills
Experience recruiting door-to-door, commission salespeople is firmly required
Must enjoy lots of teammate interaction and providing encouragement
Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively
Prefer to work within a coordinated system following defined processes
Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
Need to be a strong user of Google Workspace - Calendar, Sheets, Slides
We use Ashby as our ATS and Canvass for processing new leads. No experience is required for either of these.
Compensation
The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 plus a Recruiting/Retention Bonus and participation in our Branch Reward Program.
