Position Overview
Key Staffing is seeking a talented, motivated, and hands-on Graphic Designer & Production Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Visalia, CA. This position combines graphic design with production and installation and is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing a project through from digital design to the finished product.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, have experience with graphic installation and/or sign and graphics production, and have basic knowledge of embroidery, textile applications, screen printing, and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing.
We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates should also be willing to learn new equipment, techniques, and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and prepare production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Prepare files for print and production
- Assist with graphic installation, including wall graphics, signage, vinyl applications, and environmental graphics
- Assist with embroidery applications and production
- Assist with textile applications, screen printing, and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing
- Ensure artwork meets production specifications and quality standards
- Maintain organized digital files and production materials
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to meet project deadlines
- Troubleshoot design and production issues as needed
- Learn new equipment, techniques, and production processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required
- Previous experience with graphic installation and/or sign and graphics production
- Basic knowledge of embroidery applications and production
- Basic understanding of textile applications
- Basic understanding of screen printing
- Basic understanding of Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute
- Willingness to learn and develop additional production skills
