At Fitzgerald Tile, we’re looking for a Showroom Design Consultant who will be the warm, welcoming face of our North Reading showroom—and the trusted guide customers turn to when designing their dream kitchens, bathrooms, or living spaces.

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and promptly upon their arrival to the showroom
- Assist homeowners in selecting the perfect tile for their project, offering design guidance and product knowledge
- Enter and manage customer orders using our internal system
- Collaborate with fellow showroom consultants to keep the space neat, organized, and up-to-date
- Maintain and update tile displays—add new products, remove discontinued ones, and ensure proper labeling
- Record and track customer selections and learn our internal computer systems
- Support customers through what can sometimes be a stressful process—offering encouragement and practical solutions to help them feel at ease
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Traits:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A pleasant, outgoing, and approachable personality
- A great eye for color, design, and coordination
- Comfort in guiding customers through the decision-making process with patience and care
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a design-focused showroom or retail setting
- Confidence in learning new technologies and systems quickly
