A well-established multifamily property is looking for a skilled Maintenance Make Ready Technician with pool maintenance experience and preferably a background in multifamily apartment maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience
- MUST pass a drug screening
- Able to lift 20+ pounds
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
- General trade skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Repairing plumbing and electrical issues
- Drywall patching and interior painting
- General appliance and property maintenance
- Maintaining curb appeal and exterior cleanliness
- Pool upkeep and chemical balancing (CPO certification a plus)
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
