Position Overview:
We are hiring a Payroll & Cash Management Specialist to join our corporate office team. This position plays a key role in making sure our employees get paid correctly and on time, and that our cash flow and vendor payments are managed effectively across all three restaurant brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for multiple restaurant locations
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and ensure accurate wage and tax reporting
- Manage accounts payable: entering invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling statements
- Monitor daily cash activity and support restaurant-level cash management
- Maintain accurate records of payroll and financial transactions
- Assist in financial reporting and support accounting functions as needed
- Stay organized and meet weekly and monthly deadlines
- Work closely with HR and management to maintain compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in payroll and accounts payable is preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of cash management processes
- Basic organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion

Pay: $26,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
