Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on product design, testing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive new product development from concept and prototyping through validation, manufacturing, and market launch.
- Oversee the design and development of linear motion products, automation systems, and customized OEM solutions.
- Partner with manufacturing, sales, quality, and leadership to align engineering projects with company and customer needs.
- Improve product performance, reliability, manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Guide the adoption of new technologies, automation, equipment, and engineering tools.
- Manage engineering project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure designs and processes meet applicable quality, safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Present engineering plans, project updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.
