American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring 2 years of acute care experience, ACLS, and night shift availability.

Brand new 10-bed PCU within a hospital setting
-
General medical unit with cardiology and neurology patient population
-
Patient ratio of 1:3
-
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30), various days of the week
-
Weekend shifts required per unit needs (approximately 6 shifts per contract)

Floating required per unit needs
-
No on-call requirements
-
Charting via Epic EMR
-
Bedside TEE, cardioversion, and moderate sedation procedures are performed on this unit
-
Active CO RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
-
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required

Experience with bedside TEE, cardioversion, and moderate sedation preferred
