Assistant Supervisor – Crystals & Coffee

Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour + Tips (based on experience)
Are you passionate about people, crystals, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Bear Creek Crystals & Coffee is looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Supervisor to help support the daily operations of our Littleton location.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes initiative, stays organized, and is ready to grow into a leadership position. You’ll work alongside the Retail Manager to help ensure the store runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience to every guest.
Responsibilities
● Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
● Assist customers with crystal selections and basic metaphysical knowledge.
● Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
● Complete daily and weekly task lists with minimal supervision.
● Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
● Assist with opening and closing procedures.
● Support inventory organization and communicate low-stock items.
● Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer questions professionally.
● Help supervise the sales floor and support team members when the Retail Manager is unavailable.
● Assist with coffee service when needed.
Qualifications
● Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
● Basic knowledge of crystals, minerals, or metaphysical products (or a strong willingness to learn).
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
● Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
● Comfortable taking initiative and working independently when needed.
● Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Crystal Knowledge
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for crystals, minerals, geology, and holistic wellness. While you don’t need to know every stone, applicants should have a solid foundation in common crystal types, their properties, and the confidence to educate and guide customers based on their interests. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys continuous learning, and can communicate crystal knowledge in a welcoming, authentic, and educational way. Experience working in a crystal shop, metaphysical store, gem and mineral business, or a similar retail environment is highly preferred.
Schedule
● Full-time or Part-time
● Two weekends per month are required
● Flexible scheduling available outside of required weekends
