Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team. You will be required to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Support and supervise staff during shifts, including training new team members and providing ongoing coaching.
- Manage food preparation processes to uphold quality standards and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and kitchen management.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively and foster a positive team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview, train, and develop team members.
- Familiarity with inventory control, food production, catering, and beverage service including barista or coffee experience is a plus.
