We are a Montana cannabis company serving patients and customers statewide, and we are hiring a full‑time Budtender for our West Billings dispensary. We are looking for someone hardworking, honest, dependable, and customer‑focused. This role requires evening and weekend availability. Our store is open 9:00am–8:00pm daily.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, sales support, and knowledgeable budtending
- Handle deliveries and process incoming product
- Support inventory, merchandising, and METRC‑aligned tasks
- Maintain POS system and website content (graphics, data entry, adjustments)
- Perform cleaning and facility upkeep
- Package flower and label products in compliance with state rules
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Calm, compassionate, and knowledgeable about cannabis
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and closing shifts (until ~8:30pm)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–35 lbs
- Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
