Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak times at nightclubs, restaurants, or catering events.
Skills
- Proven experience working as a bartender or server in casual dining, nightclub, with strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and promote specials confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol serving procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus for managing large groups seamlessly.
