What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean and attractive property by removing trash and debris from grounds and common areas daily.
- Pressure wash breezeways and outdoor areas on a regular schedule.
- Remove items from vacated apartments before turnover and clean designated storage areas.
- Ensure amenities and public areas are in safe, presentable condition.
- Assist with minor repairs and support the maintenance team with make-readies.
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Keep workshop and storage areas organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to the Service Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines is a plus.
