Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, as well as support the serving staff in a fast-paced restaurant and taproom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Support servers by delivering food to tables
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to help team members in various tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with kitchen and serving staff effectively
- Familiarity with bussing tables, food handling, and casual dining restaurant environments is a plus
- Employee needs to be over 18 years of age for closing shifts
