Assist in managing kitchen operations and motivating the team
Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
Collaborate on menu development and innovation
Streamline operations to improve efficiency and productivity
One to two years of experience in a professional kitchen
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
Experience with restaurant management software (preferred)
Culinary degree or certificate and inventory management experience (preferred)
$45,000–$55,000 per year, plus monthly bonuses
