- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service to every guest.
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Practice safe food handling and responsible alcohol service at all times.
- Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to provide an outstanding dining experience.
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar area.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
- Reliable transportation.
- At least 6 months of bartending experience required.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
