Founded in 1979, All World Travel (AWT) is a full service agency headquartered in Albuquerque NM, with an office in Amarillo, TX. We specialize in highly personalized leisure and corporate travel acting as the clients advocate. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted guide, helping travelers craft personalized itineraries, select ideal accommodations, and navigate the complexities of travel planning with confidence. This is a high touch, detail driven role for an experienced advisor who knows Sabre cold and takes pride in flawless client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Book and manage travel arrangements
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to enhance travel experiences
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the planning process
- Work directly with airlines, hotels, tour operators and destination partners to secure the best options for clients
- Maintain accurate PBR's, client profiles and booking documentation in SABRE and agency management tools
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of travel planning tools, booking systems, and reservation platforms
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create memorable experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
