The Jr. Account Executive role is responsible for managing and growing a smaller geographic territory than our Sr. AE’s while learning multiple industries and an impressive catalog of over 350 EH&S courses that include online, virtual, instructor-led (onsite and open enrollment in 42+ cities) and branded learning portals. Advancement is achieved by meeting key metrics and milestones for territory and professional growth, leading to a larger, more accountable and higher paying role as an Account Executive.
What You’re Responsible For
Pipeline Development
- Manage Territory
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to build and maintain a healthy pipeline alongside managing your portfolio of accounts
- Work qualified opportunities and Safety Training Reviews (STRs) handed off from SDRs and BDRs
- Professionally manage inbound inquiries from existing and new clients
- Identify and connect with business decision-makers across the U.S.
- Qualify safety and compliance needs and maintain a consistent, accurately staged pipeline
Sales Execution
- Sales conversations and presentations leading to independent closing opportunities
- Recommend training solutions (e.g., online vs. in-person, blended, virtual, or onsite)
- Manage customer deals from first call through close
- Track activity and pipeline in NetSuite (CRM)
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently meeting daily call and activity targets
- Building a reliable pipeline of individual and SDR/BDR handoff opportunities
- Closing deals and contributing to monthly revenue goals
- Progressing toward Account Executive status and responsibilities
Compensation
- Salary: $55,000 / Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Uncapped commissions: First year average between $15K and $22K
- Monthly and Quarterly Over-Quota Commission increases
- First Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65K plus professional and earnings growth

Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales
- Comfortable with a high volume of daily outbound calls and follow-ups
- Strong communication skills with business decision-makers
- Consistent follow-through and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and experience with a CRM
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience closing smaller or transactional deals
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role
