Compensation
- Paid Training: $18.00/hour
- After Training: $16.90/hour + Uncapped Monthly Production Commission
- First-Year Earning Potential: $55,000+
- Top Performers: $80,000+ Annually
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- 40 Hours Per Week
- In-Office Only (Folsom, CA - No Remote Work)
What You'll Do
- Locate and verify consumer or collateral information using databases and investigative tools
- Contact consumers, third parties, and related contacts to gather or confirm information
- Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and field agents
- Assign verified recovery opportunities to approved agents
- Meet productivity and quality performance goals
- Follow all compliance, privacy, and FDCPA requirements
What We are Looking For
- Experience in skip tracing is preferred, but training is available for candidates with backgrounds in related fields such as collections, customer service, or finance
- Strong phone, written, and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management to manage multiple cases effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly performance targets
- Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems and tools
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential — we maintain strict standards for attendance
