About the Role

You’ll be meeting with qualified homeowners, conducting energy assessments, and helping them discover smarter solutions for their homes; including solar, battery storage, and other energy-efficient upgrades. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves people, loves winning, and wants to be rewarded for effort and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with qualified homeowner leads across the GTA and surrounding Ontario markets
- Conduct in-home energy assessments and identify opportunities for improvement
- Present tailored solutions including solar, battery storage, and other energy-saving options
- Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the decision-making process
- Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and track performance
- Work closely with a high-performing team and continuously improve through coaching and training

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, coachable, and motivated to succeed
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions face-to-face
- Organized, driven, and serious about personal growth
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required, we train the right people internally
- Must reside in Ontario and be able to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas

Pay: $7,500.00 - $25,000.00 per month
