As a BDC representative, you will be responsible for following up on assigned internet leads, inbound phone calls, lease, and retail maturities and unsold leads. You must be a customer service-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills in order to manage a high volume of incoming customer leads. BDC Representatives will be expected to report on their performance and progress on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet inquiries and sales calls with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintain contact with and set appointments for lease and retail maturities to ensure client loyalty.
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
- Generate sales appointments for our professional Sales & Leasing Representatives.
- Conduct phone surveys to assess customer wants and needs.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools.
- Learn and have knowledge of manufacturer brands, models, features, options, etc.
- Must be comfortable making 100+ outbound follow-up calls to our prospects daily.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Attend daily/weekly sales meetings.
- Meet with the team leaders, sales managers or the director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient typing, emailing and texting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidates should have sales experience and/or a college degree. Two years Internet / BDC Sales experience is preferred. A candidate with effective communication skills and strong organizational skills will excel in this position.
