Duties
- Lead tour groups through designated routes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Manage tour group logistics, including timing, pacing, and guest interactions to maintain a lively and organized atmosphere
- Build rapport with guests by addressing questions, providing personalized attention, and fostering a welcoming environment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including wilderness safety measures and first aid procedures when necessary
- Checking ATVs and making sure they are ready for the day (Gas, tires, oil, coolant)
Requirements
- Strong leadership qualities to manage tour groups or similar outdoor activities
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to captivate audiences of varying sizes
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to teach, inform, and entertain simultaneously
- Proven time management skills to keep tours on schedule while maintaining high energy levels
