Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision
- Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to children and individuals with special needs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards
- Stay current with research and best practices in ABA and special education
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Eligible to begin or currently enrolled in BCBA supervised fieldwork
- Commitment to completing supervision hours and sitting for the BCBA exam
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
