- Preferred: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, willingness to obtain state licensure, 2+ years of LPN experience with pediatric background preferred but not required.
- Requirements: Valid license required. School-based experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student’s educational participation and inclusion.
- Monitor and document student health status and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal health regulations and school policies.
