Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Construction Machinery Road Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on heavy Sany construction equipment including excavators, cranes, bulldozers, and loaders using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, hydraulic system checks, brake repairs, transmission servicing, and tire service to maximize equipment uptime.
- Fabricate custom parts or modifications as needed utilizing hand tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulics, suspension components, air brake systems, HVAC units, and diesel engines with precision using factory tooling and software.
- Operate heavy machinery safely during testing procedures and assist in the assembly or disassembly of complex equipment components.
- Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and parts inventories while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs, maintenance schedules, and operational issues.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or extensive background working with OEM heavy machinery brands such as Sany or similar industry leaders.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication, welding, soldering, and assembly of industrial equipment components.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across a variety of machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors-trailers, farm machinery, and other heavy construction equipment.
- Skilled in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical systems and hydraulics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently for repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Experience in automotive repair or heavy equipment service technician roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including air brake systems, alignments, transmissions, HVAC systems, tire service, and suspension components.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely during repairs or equipment movement while maintaining a focus on safety protocols.
