An Insurance and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all insurance requirements, documentation standards, and applicable regulations.

Insurance-related responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the company's insurance policies.
- Request, review, and update Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Coordinate policy renewals and track expiration dates.
- Follow up on payroll audits and workers' compensation audits.
Compliance-related responsibilities:
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable regulations, contractual requirements, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance requirements and verify required documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
Project-related responsibilities:
- Verify that all project insurance and compliance requirements are met before work begins.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and insurance providers.
- Track project-specific documentation, permits, and deadlines.
- Ensure all required records are properly filed and maintained.
- Maintain constant communication with project managers, supervisors, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage and track Change Orders, contracts, and information of Submittals
- Track invoices, pay applications, and purchase orders
