Dentist Headhunter is seeking a full-time Endodontist to provide care across several busy private dental practices throughout the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. This opportunity is ideal for a specialist who enjoys practicing in multiple modern offices while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy of a private practice environment.
Due to strong patient demand for specialty care, these established practices are looking for an endodontist who can travel between locations and provide high-quality endodontic treatment for a large referral base. The position offers the opportunity to work with experienced general dentists who consistently refer cases, allowing the specialist to maintain a full and productive schedule.
This role provides a unique opportunity to focus exclusively on endodontic care while supported by modern facilities and experienced clinical teams.
Practice Environment
The participating practices feature state-of-the-art dental technology, digital imaging, and experienced clinical support teams. Each office maintains a strong patient base and provides consistent referrals for endodontic procedures.
This position allows the endodontist to travel between multiple established locations throughout the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area, ensuring steady case flow and strong production potential.
Typical Schedule: Full-Time (3–5 days per week depending on preferred travel schedule)

Compensation
Our client offers a strong financial package designed for high-producing specialists.
Compensation Range: $350,000 – $600,000 annually depending on production
High referral volume across multiple locations
Modern clinical environments and support staff
Strong earning potential with consistent case flow
Candidate Requirements
Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
Active (or eligible) Minnesota dental license
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in endodontic care
Ability to travel between offices within the metro area
