Responsibilities
- Operate front end loaders safely and efficiently on an active solar construction site
- Load, move, and distribute materials throughout the project
- Assist with site preparation and grading activities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow project safety requirements and company policies
- Work closely with site supervisors and other equipment operators
Requirements
- 7+ years of front end loader operating experience
- Experience on commercial, civil, industrial, or solar construction projects
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong commitment to safety and attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Experience working on utility-scale solar projects
- Experience operating additional heavy equipment
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
