As our Lead Inquiry & Tour Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience from the initial inquiry through the community tour.
This position blends customer service, marketing, scheduling, and social media support to help families discover why The Brook feels like home.
This position provides oversight for multiple locations, including Cheboygan, Gaylord, Boyne City, Rogers City, and Grayling.
The employee's primary office location will be determined based on the residence of the selected candidate and will be located in the city closest to their home. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel outside of the assigned office location.
Shift Details:
- 40 Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 am – 5:00pm (w/ 30-minute lunch break)

Primary Responsibilities
Lead Management & Tours
- Answer incoming calls and online inquiries with compassion and professionalism.
- Qualify prospective residents and gather initial information.
- Schedule and coordinate tours with community leadership.
- Confirm appointments and provide follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate inquiry, tour, and follow-up records.
- Support occupancy goals by ensuring every inquiry receives timely attention.
Marketing & Social Media
- Assist with Facebook and other social media posts.
- Capture photos and videos of community events and resident life.
- Help promote community events, open houses, and educational programs.
- Assist with brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Support online reputation management by assisting with review requests and responses.
Community Outreach
- Welcome visitors and referral partners.
- Assist with community events and networking opportunities.
- Help strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, hospices, home health agencies, and community organizations.
Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Healthcare, hospitality, marketing, admissions, or senior living experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if occasional travel is required.
