Goodwill of Central Iowa is looking for an E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead to assist in leading our donated-goods retail E-Commerce operations, auctions, & employees with our values of love, kindness, and respect.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting wage of $16.00-$17.00/hour dependent on relevant years of experience.

Career Development Pathways Could Look Like:
- E-Commerce Assistant Manager - Assists with day-to-day department operations and supports training, coaching, and performance management to achieve key performance indicators and revenue targets in support of funding GCI’s mission.
- E-Commerce Operations Manager - Directs department operations to lead, train, and develop employees, champion service excellence, and achieve key performance indicators and revenue targets in support of funding GCI’s mission.
- Retail District Manager - Oversees multi-unit store operations management by leading teams to drive operational and service excellence, overall financial performance, loss control activities, customer service, inventory control, and quality standards within their assigned stores.
- Assistant Director of Retail Operations - Oversees the retail department operations and leaders, championing service excellence, and achieving organizational targets to fund Goodwill's mission.
Successful candidates have:
- Previous related full-time supervisory experience - e-commerce and online sales platform experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills for daily employee and customer interactions
- Effective communication skills to coach others
- Efficient problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work positively on a team within Goodwill of Central Iowa's values of treating others with love, kindness, & respect
