Job Summary
We are seeking experienced call center professionals to join our team in Tewksbury, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our mission of ethical collections while contributing to the financial success of our clients by negotiating with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts. We offer full-time positions with full benefits, a flexible schedule, and the potential for uncapped commission and incentives.

Responsibilities
- Work 40 hours per week
- Initiate contact with debtors via phone to negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Collaborate with consumers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding collections and clientele requirements (training provided)
- Monitor account status and follow up on outstanding debts thoughtfully
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the collection process
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a call center professional preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly
- Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with financial concepts and a strong command of personal finance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in one’s ability to learn new computer programs and software
- Professional, reliable, and well-spoken individuals
- Polished presentation and diligent work ethic
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet required quotas
- Outstanding computer literacy and ability to learn quickly
- Confidence on the phone with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work effectively in a competitive environment
- Independent motivation to remain focused and engaged consistently
Requirements
- Clear background check
- Ability and willingness to pass a drug screening upon hire
- Consistent ability to work 40 hours per week (key requirement)
- Independent, reliable transportation to the position location
- Fluent English: bilingual is a plus
- Proven call center representative experience is required
- Coachable personality with a willingness to follow instructions and retain information
