Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: Commission-based with training pay starting at $18/hour or more (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Dismantle vehicles in a clean, accurate, and timely manner
- Remove drivetrain and other components with care
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of parts removed
- Maintain timely and professional communication with coworkers
- Work on a wide variety of vehicles
- Practice good time management and multitasking
- Contribute to a positive team environment
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
- Automotive experience (preferred, not required)
- Positive and professional attitude
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must have your own tools (we will help you get started)
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
