We have a large scenic patio, large bar area, and a dining room area in which we proudly serve our guests delicious meals and beverages.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate orders for food and drinks, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space to uphold hygiene standards
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, handle special requests, and address any concerns promptly
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads such as trays or kegs
- A friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
