The Opportunity
The Data Integrity Analyst supports a government contract by evaluating platform capabilities, assessing data accuracy, and validating inbound data streams to maintain strict data integrity and inform mission-critical needs. Operating in a collaborative environment, the analyst works closely with program leadership, government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive tool evaluations. Additionally, this role monitors emerging industry capabilities, engages vendors, and contributes to essential project documentation and testing to advance program objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and validate commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tools against customer requirements, ensuring capability alignment and operational relevance

Continuously track incoming data channels for novel elements, executing rigorous validation procedures to guarantee overall data integrity.

Assess the relevance and precision of incoming data sources to guarantee reliable inputs for analytical and reporting outputs.

Establish maintenance procedures designed to continuously uphold data integrity and accuracy.

Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.

Translate critical performance metrics and trend analysis into actionable insights to guide and optimize procurement processes.

Deliver senior executive level briefings and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors

Participate in vendor engagements, demonstrations, and capability briefings

Collaborate with internal teams to alignment across operational efforts.

Travel up to 10-25%

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

The ability to obtain Secret or higher security clearance; preference will be given to candidates with active Secret or higher security clearance
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Experience & Abilities

3-5 years of experience supporting analytical processes

3-5 years of experience successfully supporting complex projects

Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders

Knowledge of open-source research methodologies, including source evaluation, data verification, and responsible use of publicly available information

Basic experience using data visualization or analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms).

Strong communication, presentation, and team building skills

Demonstrated ability to articulate verbally, electronically and in writing at a profession level, supporting customer deliverables
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or publicly available information (PAI) research through coursework, internships, or professional experience.

Basic experience using data visualization or analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms).

Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
