We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Automotive Detailer to join our team. You’ll work alongside the owner or another team member while learning our professional detailing process and quality standards.
Experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid, hands-on training to candidates who are dependable, coachable, and willing to work hard. This position also offers the opportunity to advance into a Lead Detailer role with increased pay and responsibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and detailing vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Vacuuming carpets, seats, floor mats, and hard-to-reach areas
- Cleaning dashboards, door panels, cupholders, windows, and door jambs
- Shampooing and extracting carpets and upholstery
- Washing vehicle exteriors, wheels, tires, and wheel wells
- Following company checklists and quality standards
- Inspecting your work and correcting missed areas
- Setting up and breaking down mobile detailing equipment
- Organizing chemicals, towels, tools, and supplies
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Communicating respectfully with customers and team members

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to the designated meeting location
- Smartphone with dependable service
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in summer heat and changing weather
- Automotive detailing or professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Position details:
- Starting pay: $18 per hour
- Part-time: approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Hours may vary depending on customer bookings and weather

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes responsibility for their work. We’re not expecting you to know everything on your first day, but we do expect reliability, effort, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
