We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the greater Flint area.

Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve independence with activities of daily living

Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques

Recommend and assess adaptive equipment and home modifications

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members

Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency, state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission standards

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Michigan Occupational Therapy license

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred)

Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
